Grill cook • Washoe County, Nevada

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Washoe County, Nevada. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
