Chef de partie — Dawson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Dawson County, Texas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred.
