Cook wanted in Seward County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Seward County, Kansas. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
