Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ifelodun, Kwara State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Rotating shifts.
