Fabrication workshop technician • Pherzawl, Manipur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Pherzawl, Manipur. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
