Framing carpenter — Warren County

Join our team: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Warren County, Illinois. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. On the job you will handle: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
