Join our team: fry cook (Rivers State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Ogu Bolo, Rivers State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Six days a week, one day off.
