You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
