Prep cook wanted in Kala-Balge

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Kala-Balge, Borno State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Pay around ₦4,000 per day, based on your experience.
