We are recruiting: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in Monroe County, New York. The job is on a factory shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience On a typical shift you will sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book.
