Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Presidio County, Texas. What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Day to day you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads.
