Skimming plasterer — Coke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Coke County, Texas. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. The role involves: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Full-time, day shift.
