Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Gbako, Niger State. The job is in a bread factory. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
