Horizontal milling machine operator • Will County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Will County, Illinois. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
