Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Bokkos, Plateau State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
