Toolroom milling operator • Kaura, Kaduna State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Kaura, Kaduna State. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. You will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 5+ years on the tools preferred.
