Sheet metal press operator wanted in Toro

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Toro, Bauchi State. You will be based at a busy press shop. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
