Powder coating sprayer wanted in Guna

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Six days a week, one day off.
