Urgent requirement: kitchen cook (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Geauga County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
