Join our team: prep cook (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
