Meat cutter — Hugli

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Hugli, West Bengal. We are looking for physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
