Urgent requirement: powder coating sprayer (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Lorain County, Ohio. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
