Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Clay County, Texas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
