Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Jackson County, Kansas. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
