Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Wharton County, Texas. You will be based at a shopfitting company. What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Own basic hand tools Your main tasks: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
