What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
