Tandoor cook wanted in Ikpoba-Okha

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ikpoba-Okha, Edo. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
