Dozer operator — Fayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Fayette County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Part-time with flexible hours.
