We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Marshall County, Kentucky. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
