Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Tsafe, Zamfara State. Day-to-day duties: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Part-time with flexible hours.
