Butcher • Obi, Benue State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Obi, Benue State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
