You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding You will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
