Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Weber County, Utah. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On a typical shift you will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands.
