Pastry baker — Jema'A

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Jema'A, Kaduna State. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer ₦600 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
