You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Part-time with flexible hours.
