We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Bajali, Assam. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. We are looking for careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
