Tandoor cook wanted in Deuel County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Deuel County, Nebraska. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
