Tandoor cook • Njaba, Imo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Njaba, Imo State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Six days a week, one day off.
