Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Henrico County, Virginia. The job is at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Your main tasks: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
