Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
