Immediate opening: catering cook (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Montgomery County, Ohio. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
