Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Sutton County, Texas. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
