CNC mill setter-operator — Alkaleri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Alkaleri, Bauchi State. You will be based in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Full-time, day shift.
