Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Creek County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
