Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Denton County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
