What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
