Counter butcher — Ikwuano

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ikwuano, Abia State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
