Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Leh, Ladakh. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Your main tasks: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
