Line cook wanted in El Paso County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in El Paso County, Texas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
