Your main tasks: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
